Red Rocks Work Out

Yeah it's early but it's worth it.  And it's only for an hour.  We will use this incredible backdrop and physical layout of Red Rocks to do an intense 60 minute workout focusing on building aerobic and strength fitness.  Core strength will be incorporated throughout this session.  Dress in light layers so you can shed as needed.  Also bring a couple bottles of water.   We will meet at the stage.  See you at 7:00AM sharp.  What an outstanding way to start your Friday and give you a jump start for the weekend!
